Keeping your contact information up to date is important for accessing your account. You can easily change your linked phone number yourself through the app settings.
To start this process, tap the “Account” button at the bottom right of the navigation bar.
In the overview that appears, select the ‘Profile’ option at the top.
Once you’re in your profile overview, you’ll see the ‘Edit’ button in the top-right corner.
Tapping this button activates edit mode. You’ll now see your current phone number, which you can delete to make room for the new number.
Select the correct country code (for the Netherlands, this is +31) and enter your new mobile number in the input field.
After carefully checking the number, tap ‘Done’ in the top right corner.
The change is processed immediately, and you’ll see the new phone number right away in your profile settings. No additional verification step via email or text message is required to complete this update.
