I forgot my password/password change

Want to change your password?

Step 1: Open account settings
If you are still logged in, tap the 'Account' button in the bottom right of the navigation bar.

Step 2: Navigate to Security

In the menu, choose the 'Security' option.

Step 3: Choose 'Change Password'

Find the 'Password' heading and tap 'Change Password'.

Step 4: Enter new details

Enter your current password and your new password. Ensure it meets the requirements: at least 8 characters, a special character, a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, and a number.

Step 5: Confirm

Tap the blue 'Change Password' button. Your new password is now active.

Forgot your password?

Step 1: Start recovery

On the login screen, tap 'I forgot my password'.

Step 2: Enter email

Enter the email address linked to your Coinmerce account and tap 'Send'. You will receive an email with instructions.
