When you decide to close your Coinmerce account, you can easily complete this process yourself via the mobile application. To begin, open the app and tap the 'Account' button in the bottom right of the navigation bar.
Step 1: Go to your profile In the menu that opens, select the 'Profile' option at the top.
Step 2: Find the delete option You will arrive at a page displaying your personal details and settings. Scroll all the way to the bottom of this menu. Here, you will find the 'Delete Account' button.
Step 3: Check your balance Before tapping this button, it is essential to check that your balance is at €0. Coinmerce only allows account deletion if there is no remaining credit or cryptocurrency left. Ensure you have sold or withdrawn any assets before making the deletion final.
