WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Eligible participants:
- Existing Coinmerce users (referrers)
- New users who sign up via a personal referral link (referred users)
- Users from countries where Coinmerce operates
Requirements for BOTH users:
- Fully verified Coinmerce account (ID + bank verification)
- No active customer screening / restrictions at the time of reward allocation
HOW THE REFERRAL WORKS (SIMPLE FLOW)
1. Existing user shares their unique referral link
2. New user registers via that link
3. New user completes ID + bank verification during the campaign period
4. After the campaign ends:
- Screening is completed
- Rewards are processed and credited
REWARD DETAILS
- EUR 10 in crypto for the referrer
- EUR 10 in crypto for the referred user
- No referral limit (users can refer unlimited friends)
- Rewards are credited within 7 days after the campaign ends (target: as soon as possible, but not guaranteed instant)
Rewards are only credited after:
- Verification is complete (within the campaign period)
- Customer screening is successful
IMPORTANT REWARD RESTRICTIONS
- Rewards are paid in crypto assets (asset chosen by Coinmerce)
- Rewards:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be withdrawn directly to a bank account
- Cannot be transferred to another user
- The EUR 10 bonus is intended for platform use (including trading) and will not be "dusted" through Customer Support upon request.

Q: I referred someone but didn’t get the reward yet.
A: Rewards are credited within 7 days after February 15, once verification and screening are completed.
Q: My friend signed up but didn’t receive EUR 10.
A: Check if:
- The referral link was used
- ID + bank verification were completed during the campaign period
- Screening was successful
Q: Can I still get the reward if verification was completed after Feb 15?
A: No. Verification must be completed within the campaign period.
Q: Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
A: No, referrals are unlimited during the campaign.
Q: Can I withdraw the EUR 10 reward immediately?
A: No. The reward is crypto-only and cannot be used solely to transfer value to a bank account.

Valentine’s Referral Promotion – Terms & Conditions
Campaign Name: Share the Love Referral
Organizer: Coinmerce B.V. (“Company”)
1. Campaign Description
The Valentine’s Referral Promotion allows users to “share the love” by inviting friends to Coinmerce and receiving crypto rewards.
Participation in this promotion is independent of any other promotions.
2. Campaign Period
February 9th, 2026 at 00:00 until February 15th, 2026 at 23:59 (CET).
3. Eligibility
• Open to residents or nationals of countries where Coinmerce offers its services.
• Participants must have a verified Coinmerce account (ID and bank verification) during the Campaign period.
• Participants must have no active customer screening, restrictions, or blocks at the time of reward allocation.
• Coinmerce may refuse or void a reward if verification and/or screening cannot be completed successfully, including due to compliance requirements.
4. Participation Requirements
To qualify for the referral reward:
• Existing users must refer new users using their unique Coinmerce referral link.
• The referred user must:
- Register using the referral link; and
- Successfully complete all required verification steps (including ID and bank verification) during the Campaign period.
5. Referral Reward
For each successful referral:
• The existing user receives €10 in crypto.
• The referred user also receives €10 in crypto.
Rewards will be credited within seven (7) days after the Campaign has ended and all applicable verification and screening processes have been successfully completed.
6. Reward Distribution
Rewards will be distributed only after:
• Completion of all required verification steps; and
• Successful customer screening and internal checks.
If verification is not completed within the required timeframe, or if screening results require additional review, Coinmerce may void, delay, or withhold the reward.
7. Reward Format and Restrictions
• Rewards may be issued in crypto assets, as determined by Coinmerce.
• Rewards are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be withdrawn or used solely to transfer value directly to a bank account.
• Promotional rewards (including the €10 bonus) are provided with the intent of enabling use of the platform, including trading. For that reason, the €10 bonus will not be “dusted” (converted to EUR or another asset upon request) through Customer Support.
• Coinmerce may apply additional limitations or controls where required to prevent misuse, fraud, or circumvention of the Campaign purpose.
8. Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification
Coinmerce reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or adjust rewards in cases of:
• Suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Campaign;
• Creation of multiple accounts, self-referrals, use of shared credentials, or other attempts to circumvent the Campaign intent;
• Violation of applicable laws, Coinmerce platform rules, or these Terms & Conditions.
Coinmerce may request additional information or verification and may suspend reward allocation pending review.
9. General Conditions
• Coinmerce reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Campaign or these terms at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.
• Coinmerce’s decisions regarding the Campaign are final and binding.
10. Legal & Compliance
• Subject to all applicable laws and regulations, void where prohibited.
• Coinmerce’s general Terms & Conditions apply in addition to these Campaign terms.
• Coinmerce may refuse participation, restrict accounts, or withhold rewards where required to meet legal or regulatory obligations.
11. Interpretation Clause
Coinmerce reserves the exclusive right to the final interpretation of this promotion and its terms.
12. Privacy
Participation constitutes consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data in accordance with Coinmerce’s Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
