Yes, Coinmerce may, although not arbitrarily, block and/or terminate accounts. Blocking an account may be temporary to carry out checks or investigations, but may also lead to termination of an account. Depending on the circumstances surrounding the blocking/termination, we will consider which, if any, cryptocurrencies still present will be used. If the account is closed because for example the user receives funds from gambling sites despite warnings from Coinmerce, the cryptocurrencies are usually sold and the proceeds returned to the user. Coinmerce also closes an account if fraud is found to be involved. In that case the funds are often frozen.
