Tijdens de “Share the Love” Valentine’s Campaign kon je van 13.02.2025 t/m 15.02.2025 (CET) meedoen via de game. Alleen scores uit die periode telden mee. Je mocht onbeperkt spelen, maar alleen je hoogste score werd meegenomen.

Wie kan meedoen?
Je hebt een geldig Coinmerce-account nodig, bent 18+, en je moet je ID- en bankverificatie afgerond hebben. Als je account op dat moment onder restricties valt (screening/compliance), kan deelname of prijs toekenning worden uitgesloten.
Wie wint?
De hoogste score wint. Bij gelijke topscore wordt er random een winnaar gekozen. De winnaar krijgt binnen 5 werkdagen na afloop bericht en moet binnen 7 dagen reageren, anders kan er een nieuwe winnaar gekozen worden.

€5.000 naar iemand die de winnaar kiest (die persoon moet ook verificatie afronden binnen 14 dagen, anders is er 1 herkansing met een andere keuze)
Uitbetaling gebeurt binnen 30 dagen nadat alle verificaties rond zijn.
Belangrijk om te weten
De prijs is niet overdraagbaar, niet uit te betalen in cash, en niet bedoeld voor “alleen even direct opnemen naar bank”.
Bij fraude/misbruik (bots, exploits, score-manipulatie) kunnen deelnemers worden gediskwalificeerd. Coinmerce kan de campagne of voorwaarden aanpassen, pauzeren of stoppen; beslissingen zijn definitief.

“Share the Love” Valentine’s Campaign – Terms & Conditions The Share the Love Valentine’s Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Coinmerce B.V. (“Coinmerce”) and is subject to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Campaign Description
1.1 The Campaign consists of a game-based competition linked to Valentine’s Day, in which participants can compete for a shared prize by achieving a top score in a mobile game.
1.2 The game is made available via the Ajax app and through the web link during the Campaign period.
2. Campaign Period
2.1 Game availability: from 13 February 2025 at 00:00 (CET) until 15 February 2025 at 23:59 (CET).
2.2 Only scores achieved during this period are eligible for participation.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Participation is open to individuals who:
are residents or nationals of countries where Coinmerce provides its services;
have a valid Coinmerce account;
successfully complete all required identity and bank verification;
are not subject to active customer screening restrictions at the time of prize allocation.
3.2 Participation is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or over.
3.3 Coinmerce reserves the right to exclude participants who do not meet these requirements.
4. Participation in the Game
4.1 Eligible users may play the game an unlimited number of times during the Campaign period.
4.2 Only the highest score per participant will be taken into account.
4.3 Participation is free and does not require a purchase.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 The participant(s) with the highest score at the end of the Campaign period qualify for winner selection.
5.2 If multiple participants achieve the same highest score, one winner will be selected at random from those participants.
5.3 The winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their Coinmerce account.
5.4 The winner will be contacted within five business days after the end of the campaign.
6. Prize
6.1 The total prize pool is €10,000, distributed as follows:
€5,000 awarded to the winner;
€5,000 awarded to a second person chosen by the winner (“Second Recipient”).
6.2 Both prize amounts are credited to separate Coinmerce accounts.
6.3 The prizes are awarded in bitcoin (BTC) and together represent a total value equivalent to €10,000 (ten thousand euros), split into two as described above, calculated at the exact date and time the prizes are transferred to the winners.
7. Second Recipient Verification & Replacement
7.1 After the winner has been determined and contacted by Coinmerce Marketing, the winner may nominate a second recipient through email.
7.2 The Second Recipient must complete all required Coinmerce verification steps.
7.3 The Second Recipient must complete verification within 14 calendar days after being nominated.
7.4 If the Second Recipient:
does not complete verification within this timeframe, or
fails Coinmerce’s compliance or screening requirements,
then:
the winner may nominate one alternative Second Recipient, provided this is done within 7 calendar days after notification by Coinmerce;
no further replacements will be allowed.
7.5 If no eligible Second Recipient is confirmed within the allowed timeframe, Coinmerce reserves the right to withhold or reallocate the second portion of the prize.
8. Winner Response Timeline
8.1 The selected winner must respond to Coinmerce’s notification within 7 calendar days.
8.2 If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, Coinmerce reserves the right to select a new winner from the remaining highest-scoring participants.
9. Prize Distribution Timeline
9.1 Prize distribution will take place within 30 calendar days after:
the winner’s verification is completed, and
the Second Recipient’s verification is complete.
9.2 If verification or screening is delayed, distribution will occur once all requirements have been successfully fulfilled.
10. Prize Format & Restrictions
10.1 Prizes are awarded in a form determined by Coinmerce (including crypto assets).
10.2 Prizes:
are non-transferable;
cannot be exchanged for cash;
may not be used solely for immediate withdrawal to a bank account.
11. Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification
11.1 Coinmerce reserves the right to disqualify participants and withhold prizes in cases of:
suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse;
manipulation of game mechanics, scores, or technical systems;
use of scripts, bots, exploits, or external tools;
violations of Coinmerce platform rules or applicable laws.
11.2 Coinmerce’s decisions regarding disqualification are final.
12. Data Sharing
12.1 By participating in the Campaign, participants acknowledge and agree that:
relevant participation data may be shared between Coinmerce and Ajax;
data will be processed solely for Campaign execution, verification, and compliance purposes.
12.2 All data processing is conducted in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
13. Marketing Communication Consent (Coinmerce)
13.1 Participation in the Campaign does not automatically subscribe participants to marketing communications.
13.2 A separate opt-in checkbox may be provided for users who wish to receive marketing communications from Coinmerce.
13.3 Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
14. General Conditions
14.1 Coinmerce reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
14.2 Coinmerce’s decisions regarding the Campaign are final and binding.
15. Legal & Compliance
15.1 The Campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
15.2 Coinmerce’s general Terms & Conditions apply in addition to these Campaign Terms.
16. Governing Law
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
