Terms and conditions
The "Valentine's Day" Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by Coinmerce BV ("Company") and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. The Campaign construct involves referring new users to Coinmerce and receiving €10 in crypto each for a successful referral & registration.
2. The Campaign will be available on February 7th 2025 from 00:00 to February 14th 23:59.
3. The promotion only applies to residents or nationals of countries in which Coinmerce is registered as a Crypto Asset Service Provider, those countries being: Netherlands (NL), Spain (ES), and France (FR).
4. To participate in the Campaign, individuals must be verified users of Coinmerce at the time the campaign starts and refer new users to the platform.
5. To qualify as a successful referral, the referred friend must sign up for a Coinmerce account using the unique referral link provided by the existing user. They must also complete the necessary account verification process such as bank & ID verification by the end of the campaign period.
6. The referral reward of €10 will be credited to the existing user's Coinmerce & to the referred friend‘s account after the referred friend's account has been successfully verified. The award will be offered in €5 worth of BTC & €5 worth of ETH.
7. There is no limit to the number of referrals an existing user can make during the Campaign period.
8. The referral reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency.
9. The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. By participating in the Campaign, individuals agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Company, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Campaign.
11. The Campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and void where prohibited.

13. By participating in the Campaign, individuals consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with Coinmerce's Privacy Policy.
