Have you recently received the request to provide a Proof of Address or has your document been declined?

You may have received a request to provide a Proof of Address (PoA) or your recent submission may have been rejected. This is a legal requirement to verify the address of customers residing abroad.

What does this mean for you?

If we request a PoA from you, you must submit a valid document that meets the following criteria:

  • The document must not be older than three months

  • The document must be fully in your name

What documents do we accept?

You can submit one of the following documents:

  • Recent bank statement

  • Municipal or governmental document document

  • Utility bill (electricity, landline, television, or internet)

If your document is not approved, we will inform you of the reason, and you will have the opportunity to submit a new document.
