You may have received a request to provide a Proof of Address (PoA) or your recent submission may have been rejected. This is a legal requirement to verify the address of customers residing abroad.
What does this mean for you?
If we request a PoA from you, you must submit a valid document that meets the following criteria:
The document must not be older than three months
The document must be fully in your name
What documents do we accept?
You can submit one of the following documents:
Recent bank statement
Municipal or governmental document document
Utility bill (electricity, landline, television, or internet)
If your document is not approved, we will inform you of the reason, and you will have the opportunity to submit a new document.
