Why was my EUR deposit or crypto purchase declined?
If your payment was declined after making a deposit, you may have used an unverified IBAN. This applies to both EUR deposits and crypto purchases. In such cases, the amount is automatically refunded, and you will receive an email notification.
What went wrong?
When you make a payment, we check whether the IBAN used is verified. If the IBAN is not verified, we cannot confirm authorization for the use of the account. As a result, the payment is refunded to the unverified bank account.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are usually processed instantly, but it may take up to 3 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account.
